Prior written consent，事先書面同意；by written notice/by notice in writing，通過（發(fā)送）書面通知；survive termination，在...終止后仍然有效。
Premise一詞常用詞意為“前提”，即A premise is something that you suppose is true and that you use as a basis for developing an idea。但在法律英語中，凡涉及到“房屋”一詞的翻譯時，則多使用“premises”。
Prejudice最常見的用法就是作名詞用，意為“偏見”，比如文學著作《傲慢與偏見》就是Pride and Prejudice。但是在法律英語中，prejudice的意思則是“損及他人的利益”，常用詞組為without prejudice to，可譯成“不使...合法權利等受到損害；不侵害...的合法權利；無害于...；不影響...”。
